With Little Bay Beach on your doorstep, plus cafés, parks, restaurants, golf, shopping, movies and Sydney's CBD just minutes away, there's always plenty to see and do with your family and friends at Little Bay Apartments.
Prince Henry at Little Bay is Sydney's ultimate integrated community where contemporary architecture balances historic buildings, modern conveniences and natural beauty.
You can stroll to Little Bay Beach, visit the brand new local park and explore the coastal trails – if you're lucky you'll spot a whale – or take a trip to the beautiful local beaches of Coogee, Clovelly and Bronte. It's an idyllic spot to escape or spend time with the grandchildren.
For shopping or movies you're spoilt for choice. A brand new shopping centre is being built on the corner of Pine Avenue and Anzac Parade, just a short walk from St Luke's Apartments. It's expected to be completed in stages from mid 2011. The major centres of Southpoint and Eastgardens are a short drive away and the St Luke's community bus takes residents to Bondi Junction for shopping trips and for other outings.
If you plan on travelling simply lock your door and take a short drive to Sydney Airport. The complex is well serviced by buses including a regular service to Circular Quay. If you prefer to take a taxi, our receptionist is always happy to call one for you.
If you like golf then you are in paradise. Little Bay Apartments adjoins the popular Coast Golf Course, a short stroll away for a hit or spot of lunch. Three of Sydney's premier golf courses, Randwick, St Michael's and NSW, are also nearby.
You don't need to be a golfer to enjoy the very reasonably priced drinks and meals at the Coast Golf Club and as the area develops, we're hoping to see both a new restaurant and a cafe open on sites very close to the Apartments.
Directly opposite the apartments, in one of Prince Henry's heritage-listed buildings, is the Little Bay Coast Centre for Seniors where there is always lots going on. Classes and activities include French and Italian lessons, tai chi, fitness, line dancing, drama, watercolour painting, walking, indoor bowls, boules, billiards, table tennis, calligraphy, folk art, tap dancing, bridge, scrabble, computers, Eastern dancing and leatherwork. Regular monthly events also include Market Day, Spring Fair, Speaker's Morning, Big Bands, Performance and Song, Dance and Drama Day.
